Signature Homes

When the category norm of “Show ‘em the show homes” is proven and works, it can be difficult to find an execution that makes one brand stand out from the next, but we did just that.

We started by analysing 4 years of available TV airing data, enabling us to measure attribution and benchmark Signature Homes against themselves, and their competitors, to see which messages resonated with their audience. This enabled us to prioritise the strongest messages and package them with a simple, yet effective, brand device and that only Signature Homes could own – ‘Your Signature Move.’

By linking rational messaging with emotive audio and visuals we created an effective combination of brand and retail that elevated Signature Homes above their competition.
